Usage & care
- Wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly, before first use. For that extra sparkle we recommend to hand wash in warm soapy water & dry thoroughly.
- Lightly dust the ravioli tray with flour. Cut two sheets of fresh pasta (approx. 1.5mm thickness) to the length of the ravioli tray. Use a small, floured ball of dough to press the pasta dough into the moulds of the ravioli tray to make room for filling.
- Place approximately 1/2 teaspoon of your favourite ravioli filling into each mould. Do not overfill.
- Place the second sheet of pasta over the top and seal by running a rolling pin over the top.
- Turn tray upside down on the counter for the raviolis to come out. (Tip: Use a cutting wheel or knife to trim out squares where required.)
- Place a single layer on a lightly floured tray until ready to cook. Repeat with more pasta sheets and filling.
- Cook ravioli in a large pot of boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes or until they float to the top. Drain and serve immediately.
